Most of your visitors arrive at your Web site and quickly scan to see if there is anything that grabs their attention. A strong headline will get their attention and encourage them to read further.

3. Contact Information
Mention your name, your email address (make it clickable so they can email you), your phone number and an address. People like to know that they can get in touch with you easily. It also builds credibility.

4. Order Information
If you're selling products, make it easy for your visitors to find your order page. Have your contact number so it's easy for them to call if they have any questions. Also, offer them different options to buy via an online order form, toll-free number and fax.

5. Testimonials
Include testimonials from satisfied customers. It's always easier for prospective customers to make the final buying decision if they read testimonials from people who have already purchased your product. Testimonials that include the names of your customers rather than just initials are more believable.
