How do I get my own Web address?
You will need to choose your Web address or domain name (www.yourcompany.com). The domain name you choose should be short, easy to remember, and easy to spell. Once you have decided on a name, you will need to check if the name is available. If the name is available, you can register the domain. We can also register the domain name for you if you wish.
What is Web site hosting?
Web hosting allows you to upload and store your Web site page on a Web server. This makes the Web pages available for viewing by the public on the internet. Renting space on a server is like renting an apartment as you have to pay a monthly fee for the space just like you pay a monthly rent for the apartment.
Do you also host Web sites?

What is Bandwidth?
Bandwidth is the maximum amount of data that can travel a communications path in a given time, usually measured in bits per second.
What is File Transfer Protocol (FTP)?
FTP is a very common method of moving files between two location. It is a way to login to another Internet site for the purposes of retrieving and/or sending files.
What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
SEO is the process of updating HTML code and choosing targeted keyword phrases related to a Web site, and ensuring that the site is ranked high in search engines for specific keywords.
What pages does a typical Web site have?
A typical Web site would have a home page, contact page, about us (about your company), services page and privacy policy page. Your Web pages would have your logo, company name, tagline and contact information on every page.
What other costs are involved besides designing the site?
Besides the Web site design, there will be fees for the domain name renewal every year as well as monthly hosting fees.
What is your policy regarding changes/revisions?
Once the initial mock up is submitted to the client, couple of changes are allowed in the design and content of the Web pages. If the client then changes their mind after the first two revisions, and the work involved is minor, there will be no charge but if there are substantial changes to the site which will take several hours, then there will be an extra charge.
Once my site is live, can I expect a lot of visitors?
Don't expect a flood of traffic right away. It takes some time for people to find your site. We can submit your sites to the search engines. Besides, getting your site linked on other sites will also help. We will work with you to promote your Web site.
Can you write the text/copy for my Web site?
Yes, we also offer copy writing services.
What will you need to design the site?
We will need any promotional material regarding your company, information about your products and services as well as photos, graphics and logo.
How long does it take?
